Pastor Aubrey’s Sermons

The Gospel against the Jews – a powerful and most insightful teaching on some of the anti-Semitism present in the NT as we have it today. http://pfherring.podomatic.com/entry/2012-09-14T01_55_13-07_00

Are we in the New Covenant? Part 1

Another great teaching from Pastor Aubrey Burt. This is the first in a series on this fascinating topic!

Are we in the New Covenant Part 2:

Pastor Aubrey gives Part 2 of his great message on the New Covenant here. For some background to some of the issues raised I recommend Frank Selch’s ‘The Covenant in Hebrews 8 & 9

For more on Yeshua as the High Priest see http://www.charismacomputers.com.au/Yeshua%20the%20High%20Priest.pdf at www.circumcisedheart.info

Are We In the New Covenant – Part 3:

Pastor Aubrey Burt looks into the whole issue of Blood Atonement. This is a brilliant, comprehensive and most convincing teaching. To give some extra support to this great teaching I recommend Frank Selch’s ‘Original Sin and the Fall of Adam’ – see http://www.theolivetreeconnection.com/index_htm_files/Original%20Sin%20and%20the%20Fall%20of%20Adam.pdf Also see my ‘The Greek NT and the LXX’ at http://www.circumcisedheart.info for some more on this issue

Are We In the New Covenant – Part 4:

Pastor Aubrey Burt continues his great series. Pastor Burt brings out some great truths here about the glory of the New Covenant and gives one of the best explanations of 2 Corinthians 3, a passage that is very often misunderstood and mis-applied. He also highlights an unfortunate tendency amongst Biblical Unitarians, who despite stating that they understand that Yeshua is not God, end up essentially making him God through some misapplications and misinterpretation of some key NT verses.

Are We In the New Covenant – Part 5:

Pastor Aubrey continues his brilliant series on the New/Renewed Covenant. In this session he looks at 1 Cor 12, the great ‘charity’ chapter and how this relates to his thesis that the New Covenant is still very much a future hope

Old Testament or Ancient Covenant:

Pastor Aubrey Burt gives another powerful message on Biblical Truth. Here he seeks to help re-align faulty, Hellenistic thinking about Torah and the Tanakh (Old Testament), to help bring people into a sound relationship with the Messiah Yeshua, and in particular with the Almighty, the Creator of the Universe.

The Letters are not Scripture

Pastor Aubrey gives a very powerful, honest, biblically sound and humorous sermon to his congregation on his understanding of the New Testament’s role in supporting and giving advocacy to the Word of God, the Tanakh. A challenging talk worth very serious reflection!

An Uplifting Message on Hell – Part 1

Pastor Aubrey looks at the true meanings of the Hebrew words which have been variously, and often inconsistently, translated, which lead to unhelpful views on Hell.

The Context of Romans 10:

Pastor Aubrey Burt gives a brilliant message on Romans 10. This is a very powerful and important message! Pastor Aubrey speaks with such clarity and passion and reveals the truth within the text! Be blessed by this awesome message!

Deity Denied!

Pastor Aubrey speaks on the issue of Yeshua’s deity. He brings clarity and truth to the Scriptures and shows how many have been mislead. Well worth a listen!
